一、用(yong)途及特點:

3.1原理(li)說明(ming)
儀器分為主回(hui)(hui)路(lu)和輔回(hui)(hui)路(lu)兩個回(hui)(hui)路(lu),主回(hui)(hui)路(lu)采用(yong)大旋鈕(niu)調(diao)(diao)節(jie),輔回(hui)(hui)路(lu)采用(yong)小旋鈕(niu)調(diao)(diao)節(jie),主回(hui)(hui)路(lu)通(tong)過面板上“輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)選(xuan)擇"按鍵開(kai)關控(kong)制其輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的各種量(liang)(liang),并且每切(qie)換一種輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的同(tong)時,儀器上的數字(zi)電壓/電流表可(ke)自動監視其輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)值(zhi)。輔回(hui)(hui)路(lu)通(tong)過輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)開(kai)關控(kong)制直接調(diao)(diao)節(jie)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu),測量(liang)(liang)可(ke)外附萬用(yong)表測量(liang)(liang)。
3.1.1主回(hui)路(lu)原理

3.1.2輔(fu)回(hui)路
與主回路(lu)(lu)一樣,AC220V電(dian)源經保險進入雙碳刷調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)T1小(xiao)旋(xuan)鈕調節(jie)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)量(liang),通過隔(ge)離變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)T4可(ke)直(zhi)接調節(jie)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)0-20V或0-250V交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或0-350V直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),此回路(lu)(lu)額定電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A。按下(xia)輔回路(lu)(lu)“輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)控制"開關(guan),調節(jie)小(xiao)旋(xuan)鈕即可(ke)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)。
3.1.3測(ce)量(liang)回路
由大旋鈕調節的(de)主回路輸(shu)出(chu)量(liang)交(jiao)流(liu)“0-250V"、“0-500mA"、“0-10A"、“0-100A",直流(liu)“0-350V"、“0-500mA"、“0-10A"通過設備(bei)內線路板上繼電器轉換,每切換一個檔,便(bian)可監視(shi)所(suo)對應的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)量(liang)。其中“0-500mA"擋包括在“0-10A"檔中。使用時(shi),在“0-10A"兩下即(ji)是(shi)“0-500mA"監視(shi)。
3.1.4時(shi)間測量(liang)
設備(bei)內(nei)(nei)置6位數顯秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao),電秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)可內(nei)(nei)部(bu)啟(qi)動,也(ye)可外部(bu)啟(qi)動。內(nei)(nei)部(bu)啟(qi)動時(shi),按下(xia)“輸出控制(zhi)"開關,即可啟(qi)動秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao),通過接點短接設備(bei)面板(ban)上停(ting)表(biao)(biao)(biao)端子即可停(ting)止(zhi)秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)。秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)單獨設有(you)電源開關,不用(yong)時(shi)可將秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)關掉。
3.1.5聲光提示
電(dian)路設(she)備(bei)內置聲(sheng)光提(ti)示電(dian)路,在(zai)被(bei)測(ce)斷電(dian)器(qi)接(jie)(jie)點動作(zuo)時(shi),可(ke)將接(jie)(jie)點接(jie)(jie)入試(shi)驗箱(xiang)聲(sheng)光提(ti)示插孔,試(shi)驗箱(xiang)內發(fa)出(chu)報警聲(sheng)或發(fa)光,提(ti)示斷電(dian)器(qi)接(jie)(jie)點動作(zuo)情況。
四、使用方法
4.1使用(yong)前的檢查(cha)或準備(bei)
儀器使(shi)用前應先進行外觀檢(jian)查,并(bing)將三(san)芯(xin)電源線接(jie)地端可(ke)靠接(jie)地,然(ran)后儀器試通電,此(ci)時兩表頭應為亮態(tai),試開(kai)秒(miao)表電源開(kai)關(guan),秒(miao)表開(kai)關(guan)應正常。用手(shou)觸按“輸(shu)出選擇"按鈕開(kai)關(guan),輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai)指示燈應自左(zuo)向右選擇正常。
4.2主(zhu)回路電壓輸出操作(zuo)
將(jiang)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態選(xuan)擇在“AC0-250V"檔,按下試(shi)驗箱(xiang)右下角主回(hui)路(lu)“輸出(chu)控制開關",緩(huan)慢調節(jie)調壓器大旋鈕,此時(shi)電(dian)(dian)壓/電(dian)(dian)流表應(ying)有“0-250V"交流電(dian)(dian)壓顯示。要輸出(chu)“DC0-350V",將(jiang)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態選(xuan)擇在“DC0-350V"檔,調節(jie)方法(fa)同上。
4.3主回路電(dian)流輸出操作
將(jiang)輸出狀態(tai)選擇在“AC0-10A"檔,按(an)下主回路“輸出控制開關"緩慢調節壓器大旋鈕,此(ci)時,電(dian)壓/電(dian)流(liu)表(biao)應有(you)“0-10A"電(dian)流(liu)顯示(shi),其他電(dian)流(liu)調節類同此(ci)方法。
4.4輔(fu)回路(lu)輸(shu)出操作
按下輔回路“輸(shu)出(chu)控制"開關(guan),緩慢調節小旋鈕,在(zai)輔回路輸(shu)出(chu)端子上即有(you)AC“0-20V"、“0-250V"、DC“0-350V"、輸(shu)出(chu),此輸(shu)出(chu)不在(zai)電壓(ya)/電流(liu)表上監(jian)視。
4.5使用方法舉例
4.5.1電(dian)壓繼電(dian)器吸合(he)及釋放試驗(yan)
先(xian)將儀器處于準備狀態,被(bei)(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器線圈接至對應(ying)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)端子上(shang)(shang),按下“輸(shu)出(chu)控制"開關,緩慢調節大(da)旋鈕,使輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)平穩上(shang)(shang)升,至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器吸合時,記錄吸合電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),再反方向調節大(da)旋鈕,至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器釋(shi)放(fang),記錄下釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),據此(ci)可算(suan)出(chu)被(bei)(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器返(fan)回(hui)系數。如被(bei)(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器為過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器,則(ze)反方向進行(xing)。
4.5.2電(dian)流繼(ji)電(dian)器整定值試驗(yan)
將被試繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)從(cong)線路上解(jie)除,接(jie)至本儀器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)流輸出端子上,選(xuan)擇合適的輸出電(dian)(dian)流檔,比如“0-10V"或“0-100A"檔,按下(xia)“輸出控制"開關(guan),緩慢調節大旋鈕至繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)動作(zuo),觀(guan)察(cha)電(dian)(dian)壓/電(dian)(dian)流表(biao)數值,判斷繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)動作(zuo)情況(kuang)。
4.5.3時(shi)(shi)間繼電器延時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間的(de)測定
將被(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器接(jie)至(zhi)(zhi)輸出(chu)端(duan)子上(shang)(根據繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器要求(qiu)確(que)定工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓為交流或(huo)直(zhi)流),調至(zhi)(zhi)額定動作(zuo)值,停(ting)電(dian)(dian)復原。秒表(biao)此時(shi)(shi)應接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)源并清零,被(bei)試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器延(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi)(shi)動合觸點(dian)接(jie)至(zhi)(zhi)停(ting)表(biao)端(duan)子上(shang),按下“輸出(chu)控制"開關,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器線(xian)圈得到(dao)額定工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓,并同時(shi)(shi)啟(qi)動秒表(biao),待(dai)延(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi)(shi)間過后,秒表(biao)計數停(ting)止,此時(shi)(shi)秒表(biao)所(suo)顯數字(zi)即為該時(shi)(shi)間繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)延(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi)(shi)閉合時(shi)(shi)間,若要測延(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi)(shi)釋放時(shi)(shi)則原理(li)同前,實(shi)際接(jie)線(xian)反(fan)之。
4.5.4中間繼電器試驗(帶保持線圈)
確定(ding)被試(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器為(wei)何(he)種動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作形式(電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作),何(he)種保(bao)持(chi)(chi)形式(電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流保(bao)持(chi)(chi))。以電(dian)(dian)(dian)流動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)持(chi)(chi)為(wei)例(直(zhi)流繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器),選擇好直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)檔(dang)(0-500mA或(huo)0-10A),按(an)下“輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)控制(zhi)"開關,緩慢調節大旋(xuan)(xuan)鈕(niu)至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作,記下動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,再把(ba)輔回路輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)接至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器保(bao)持(chi)(chi)線圈端,緩慢調節小旋(xuan)(xuan)鈕(niu)至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器額定(ding)值,記下保(bao)持(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值,根據動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作或(huo)保(bao)持(chi)(chi)情(qing)況,判定(ding)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的好壞(huai)。
總之,只(zhi)要(yao)掌握了(le)本儀器各輸出量和測量儀表的轉換(huan)關系,可根據被試繼電器具體情況,舉一(yi)(yi)反三,靈活運用,在此不(bu)一(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)例舉。
五、注意(yi)事項
5.1通電前,各(ge)輸(shu)出端子不應接有負載,調壓器復零位,“輸(shu)出控(kong)制"開關應在(zai)關斷位置。
5.2電壓輸(shu)出端子不可帶低(di)阻負載,以免(mian)過流導致發熱(re)。
5.3輔回(hui)路和主回(hui)路每(mei)次只能輸出其中的一種量。
5.4輔回路和主回路同時輸出(chu)時,應(ying)選擇主回路輸出(chu)電流(liu)。
5.5貯存、運輸使(shi)用過程(cheng)中,應注意防(fang)震、防(fang)潮、避免(mian)劇(ju)烈沖(chong)出和跌落損(sun)傷。
